Jazmine Rampas (she/her)
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Jazmine Rampas is an arts leader at the intersection of music, technology, and community building. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in Music Industry Studies from California State University, Northridge. During her time at CSUN, she happily played second violin in the symphony and served as a GRAMMY U representative for The Recording Academy.
Her career started as an Orchestra Assistant for the Golden State Youth Orchestra in Palo Alto, where she developed an understanding of ensemble operations. Inspired by Silicon Valley's tech-driven landscape, Jazmine pivoted into the technology sector and started a new career as a Web Application Developer at Pepperdine University. She eventually became a Solutions Consultant at Google. Feeling a profound loss after leaving music behind, Jazmine realized her community needed a casual, pressure-free orchestra. This led her to collaborate with the founder of the Terrible Adult Chamber Orchestra (TACO) to launch a Los Angeles satellite in 2019.
Driven by an overwhelming demand for accessible music-making, Jazmine left Google in August 2025 to dedicate herself to the arts. In July 2026, she launched Off-Key Orchestra, further expanding her mission of providing inclusive spaces for playing music. Recognizing her leadership in the field, Jazmine was selected to participate in the League of American Orchestras’ 2026 Essentials of Orchestra Management program at The Juilliard School.
In addition to directing Off-Key Orchestra, Jazmine serves as the Audience and Patron Manager for Salastina, a premier chamber music ensemble and nonprofit, where she applies her technical acumen to enhance the patron experience.
Alicia Flores (she/her)

Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with engineering teams on product management, building custom reports, conducting data analysis, and delivering business insights that drive smarter decision-making. Alicia has a strong track record of improving processes through automation, helping teams work more efficiently.
Outside of work, Alicia is an Excel enthusiast who loves discovering new ways to apply it both professionally and personally — she's even a fan of watching the Excel Olympics. She enjoys hiking and planning trips for herself and friends. Alicia does not play any instruments but is slowly learning piano. She has an appreciation for classical music and enjoys seeing the LA Philharmonic often, and is an avid fan of Mexican singer-songwriter Natalia Lafourcade.
